Founded in 2003 by educators who trained in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Germany, EQuest Education Group has grown on three principles: innovation, excellence and dedication. As of 2025, EQuest operates 25 educational institutions nationwide, serving nearly 20,000 K-12 students, 10,000 university and college students (including more than 300 international students from many countries), and more than 180,000 students who study STEM programmes and use its education technology platforms.

Phu Xuan University was established by the Thua Thien – Hue Association for Promoting Education on 11/7/2003, under Decision No. 140/2003/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister.
From 2003 to 2018, Phu Xuan University was honoured to have as its Rector the educator Dr. Nguyễn Đình Ngộ, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, former head of the Provincial Department of Education, and a National Assembly deputy for three consecutive terms.
2018 marked a strong transformation for Phu Xuan University with investment from the EQuest education group. It emphasises: Attitude – Skills – Knowledge as the core foundation of its training philosophy, while focusing on training based on the needs of the economy and orienting towards professional knowledge. From 23/12/2018, the University changed its type from people-founded to private under Decision No. 1812/QĐ–Ttg issued by the Prime Minister.
Phu Xuan University is also one of the institutions that consistently receives the attention and direct guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province. In addition, it is supported by Hue University and its member schools, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, and non-governmental organisations such as the Southeast Asia Scholarship Fund, the VHI organisation, etc. Currently, with a total construction land area of 30,400 m2, Phu Xuan University has 3 main campuses located in Hue city, with a study area including lecture halls, dormitories and a well-equipped, modern library.
The NBS Institute of Business and Technology was established in December 2023 under Decision No. 18/2023/QĐ-PXU-HĐT dated 01/12/2023 of the Chairman of the Phu Xuan University Council, with the goal of bringing Phu Xuan University's training services to a wide range of learners. NBS's philosophy is "Education for the massess". That is why NBS's teachers constantly innovate and create in the content, format and methods of delivering knowledge, skills and attitudes, in order to walk alongside learners in building careers for a better future!

I. Full-time lecturers
The NBS way applies a hybrid model in organising training. Here, it is not simply a combination of learning through in-person classes and online classes, but also represents an innovative education model. This blended learning model allows lecturers to make use of new technologies to create unique and engaging learning experiences for learners. The flexibility in combining online media with near-traditional teaching methods helps create an engaging and inspiring learning environment.
In-depth and streamlined practical skills training
The training programme follows a streamlined, in-depth modular model of professional skill sets at each level for learners. After mastering the skills in each course of a module, learners complete a large practical project under the guidance of lecturers/experts so that they can fluently apply theory to practice.
A modern and convenient digital learning environment
Learners are trained in how to use modern, up-to-date Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications tools, and learn how to apply these tools effectively for marketing, communications, advertising and online sales.
Teaching and learning activities are carried out on a digital platform, based on active learning (active based learning). Specifically:
» Students study, do assignments and take tests on the LMS system, with flexible timing 24/24.
» Students can discuss with lecturers/mentors to resolve any remaining difficulties whenever they need.
» Students review and consolidate knowledge with lecturers on a regular schedule through online classes (via Google Meet).
» Students are encouraged to join the community to exchange and share ideas and better understand industry trends.
