• Technical data: IP address and access time, for the purpose of ensuring system security and improving the learning experience.

The information collected is used only for the following legitimate purposes:

• Providing admissions advice, learning pathway and tuition fee information as requested by the registrant.

• Supporting the procedures for admission application, enrolment and learning management at Phu Xuan University.

• Sending important notices about opening dates, digital learning materials and applicable scholarship policies.

• Improving the quality of educational services and ensuring the security of the online training system.

3. Commitment Not to Share with Third Parties

We commit to absolutely not selling, leasing, exchanging or disclosing your personal information to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes outside the Topica and Phu Xuan University training system, except where required by a competent state authority in accordance with the law.

Personal data is stored securely on multi-layer protected servers in Vietnam. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, or until the learner makes a valid request for its deletion.
